Captains and Players please pass on the following information to your teams!

Only the Captain or team Representative "please" -- for meeting on Monday Sept 20th at Pauls Pizza 730 pm.
We will need to discuss play this year under the new Alberta guidelines; as some teams may have player availability issues.
Proposing -- Pre Season play (optional) starts September 27th!
Proposing -- Regular season play start Oct 18th.
Playoff Weekend March 26 and 27th 2022

With recent increase in COVID-19 cases and more restrictions NEW protocols are in place and must be followed!
Starting September 20, discretionary businesses and events must follow:
Implement the Restrictions Exemption Program requiring proof of vaccination or negative test result to continue operating as usual.
To enter spaces participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program, people ages 12 and older can provide proof of vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption.
Sept. 20 to Oct. 25: proof of a single dose is considered acceptable as long as the dose was given more than 2 weeks before the time of service.
After Oct. 25: proof of double vaccination is required.

What this means --- is anyone wanting to play pool under the Restrictions Exemption Program must be vaccinated or have official exemption and masks are required in all public spaces which includes playing pool.
